Message	You didn't have it on you, plain and simple. How can you argue that? Just pay the fine and make sure not to forget it again. I've been down this road before. ohh....and in MI you have to pay the fine 2 years in a row! Some stupid assessment program that they enacted a fews years back, for certain offenses.
